British rock band Muse is set to release their sixth studio album The 2nd Law next month! The Grammy Award-Winning Trio is well known for their extravagant live shows and infectious hit songs on both sides of the pond. They even wrote the official song of the 2012 Olympics (“Survival”) and performed at closing ceremony! Their first video and single “Madness“ has been released (directed by the notorious Anthony Mandler). Musically, the song shows another side of their signature progressive rock sound by adding contemporary electronic rhythmic production.
Visually, the stunning video depicts a love story focused around a couple in the midst of a chaotic inner city revolt. SwitchFlip was fortunate enough to work with the talented group of artists and creative production team (including Asst. Director Jonas Morales). Shot at a challenging location in downtown Los Angeles, the gorgeous photography, lighting and storyline captures the lyrics and music succinctly.
